I have been working out regularly for yrs, even built a gym with steam room and dry sauna in my house but I am yet to see sustained results. I eat failry healthy. Some days my body is ok at best and others well err . Now I feel de-motivatted to workout but still do and extremely tired. My ideal body shape would be to see more cuts but I don't want to put on more weight than I already got. I just wanna keep my lean look just with more cuts. I really don't like suppliments as some of these stuff have toxins in them that really affects you on later in life when your older. But my back is against the wall. I need F# ' ing results. What do you guys recomend?

Do better with your diet. Small frequent snacks throughout the day rather than 3 meals.

But I don't know how you stay at 155 if you are truly working out intensely. I've been working out intensely for the past 5 years and keep putting on muscle. I weighed more than you as a high schooler. You're still under your ideal body weight...what are you worried about gaining weight for? You could gain 20 lbs and still be in the normal, non-overweight range for your height.

Well i dont eat much. I only have one major meal for day and its lunch and its not very large. I wont mind putting on weight but when I do it all goes to my gut. So i stay within 150 to 155lbs. Idealy I wanna be around 145 - 150 lbs , as I think I look more ripped at that weight. I think my major problem is my metabolism. Its real slow so I don't burn much at all. What you think. Are there suppliments to boost metabolism ?

You don't need supplements.....you need to alter your attitude about food and educate yourself as to what your body needs to develop. A lot of gay men tend to think about food and their body like a woman would. A small salad here, a piece of toast there. And then they wonder why they can't get the body they want. As far as the shape of your body, you have to realize esthetically it's composed of mountains and valleys. Good food is needed to make those mountains grow, but too much of the wrong foods (or even too much of the good food) will fill in those valleys you want to keep. Without this contrast between muscles, you will never get "cut" because there is nothing to cut. Workout hard and EAT. But educate yourself on food and nutrition before just cramming your face with food. I'd be interested to know what and how often you're eating right now. But I'm guessing your vacillating between starving yourself to death and then grabbing comfort food when you feel down.
