I have been working out regularly for yrs, even built a gym with steam room and dry sauna in my house but I am yet to see sustained results. I eat failry healthy. Some days my body is ok at best and others well err . Now I feel de-motivatted to workout but still do and extremely tired. My ideal body shape would be to see more cuts but I don't want to put on more weight than I already got. I just wanna keep my lean look just with more cuts. I really don't like suppliments as some of these stuff have toxins in them that really affects you on later in life when your older. But my back is against the wall. I need F# ' ing results.What do you guys recomend?
