Leg Curls: Seated or Prone?

    Does anyone know which is better? When I do the prone i feel it more in my lower back but with the seated i feel nothing.... Any words of advice?

    I like the prone ones because it takes less time to set up and it lets my butt stick out, which is is currently my best feature.

    If you feel it in your lower back, consider strengthening your lower back and switching to the seated. No point in exacerbating a sore muscle.

    Both! Seated using both legs, prone alternating single leg.
