just hoping to get some insight from you guys out there on this topic.

long story short, i'm recovering from a serious case of the flu. and its been killing me because i havent been able to hit the gym, workout, or do anything active (like my hobbies of surfing and beach vball) for the better part of a week.

that said, how long after you guys are sick do you wait until you begin your workout routine? moreover, are there any particular physical signs that you wait for your body to show you that gives you the 'green light' to begin again?

    thanks!

When you are no longer tired then start back with half reps... but really. Half.

Then build up. It´s not a big deal. We´ve all been ill.

when you're 3 days asymptomatic, you're ready to go back.
