Apologize all you want for republican sanctioned discrimination of gay men and women
They still want to use you as their punching bag

The proof is in the pudding ...............

New Mexico House Committee Says “NO” to DOMA Bills
Today, three anti-marriage bills being considered by the New Mexico legislature encountered a major setback in the House Consumer & Public Affairs Committee. Three Democrats from Bernalillo County (Albuquerque) voted to table the measures, effectively stalling, if not killing the bills for the session. The final vote was 3-2.

Anti-Gay Marriage Amendment Advances In Indiana
The Republican-controlled House voted 70-26 on Tuesday to advance the proposal, which must clear two separate Legislatures to get on the ballot for a public vote.
Indiana state law already bans same-sex marriage, but supporters of the amendment say it would provide an additional layer of protection for traditional marriage.

The two parties are vastly different on this and many other issues.

The "both sides suck" line of crap is oh so trendy and fashionable with some when it comes to politics- but it's BS.

    Yeah, both sides have flaws.
But, that doesn't mean they're equally flawed and that there's no difference between the Democrats and the Repubs.

Jaywalking is a crime, and so is murder.
Just because both are crimes doesn't mean they're the same thing or equally bad.

    Exactly.
Some lazy slackers buy the "both sides suck" crap because it's easier than actually giving a shit and taking the time to get informed and get involved in what's going on in the world.
Unfortunately it's goes beyond just that.
A lot of the Mainstream Media also buy and sell the "both sides suck" BS because they think it equals being fair and balanced, and that being fair and balanced is their #1 priority as journalists.
    IT"S NOT!
Their #1 priority is getting the facts straight and telling the truth.
They don't need to be fair and balanced in assigning blame if one side is clearly more to blame.
If one side IS more to blame, then that side should GET more of the blame.
You can't hold those who have fucked up responsible for their actions, if your primary focus is on not being one-sided in assigning blame.
