    Hey guys...

Finally crossed over and have the Iphone now and while searching thru the apps, I see there are a number of workout/bodybuilding aps to track routines, progress, etc.

I didn't know if anyone had any experience with these and if you have found any that you prefer over others?

FitnessBuilder is a bit pricey for an app at $9.99, but is probably the best all around since it's good for everything from workouts for just about everybody to keeping track of clients if you're a trainer. I got it when they had it free for a day. Wait and see... Maybe they'll have it free again soon. icon_smile.gif

Most of the others worth having are a lot more specialized... And there are very few free apps worth having when it comes to the fitness stuff.

I use iFitness because it was rated highly in the local media here. What I like about it is that it has many different workouts and exercises and allows you to make your own workouts too. Many of the other apps require you to buy subscriptions or in-app purchases to get the good stuff, but iFitness is complete.

    Try:

    iWorkout

    Men's Health Workout

    Gym ABC

    RunKeeper

    GPP Intensity

Some of them cost but try the free versions first...

iFitness is ok, and Livestrong is good for tracking calories. But it's much easier/ faster to just use the Livestrong website, and the iFitness one is kind of useless too if you already know what you're doing.

Only apps I really use are Facebook, Scrabble (obsessed), Stanza, and ummm, yeah, Grindr, haha.

CRAP. I think it's a GREAT app! Why would they do that? Utterly stupid - I love it! Better than anything else I've checked out. icon_neutral.gif

This app was replaced by Full fitness. For those of you wondering/wanting the iFitness app.
