yo...this is the time of year i start getting serious about watching college basketball before the tourney bracket comes out...for those of you who are serious about it, i'd like to get some advice on who you feel may win the whole thing...below is my list of teams i think will make it to the finals...do you agree? I also picked a 'dark horse' team that i think can make a serious run! thoughts?

    1) dook (lol...drives duke fans crazy)
    2) kansas
    3) oh state
    4) texas

    dark horse: louisville

Pitt/Georgetown are legit final 4 teams

St John's as a darkhorse given the right draw

Michigan State. If they make the tourney you better have them in the final four regardless what bracket they are in.

    Duke is a smart bet.
Ohio St is not a smart bet as they have no depth and will be out before the elite8
Texas I'm not sure on yet. They are a good team but alot of times don't play well in March.
Kansas I am kinda iffy on.
I see UConn or Pitt making it from the Big East.

    I'll say this
    Duke
    Mich St
    Pitt
    Surprise- BYU.

good call on BYU...but i feel like that one dude carries the team. and they haven't had the toughest schedule. I agree that Mich St will go far (as usual...that's assuming they make it in!).

If tennessee makes it, they could be dangerous

Hmm if I were to pick four teams they would be Georgetown, Duke, Arizona, and Notre Dame. Sleeper team would be George Mason or Xavier, although Xavier always seems to make it to at least the Sweet Sixteen every year, and they have the most underrated player in all of college basketball.
