What are the best butt exercises?

    Very cliché for a gay guy to be asking what the best butt exercises are.. I know.

    About me: I play volleyball 4 times a week and I run at the gym on occasion, but other than that, I am pretty much clueless in the gym.

    If you know any good links or videos, please post.

    search one of the many threads on leg exercises

    squats and lunges need to be happening.

    Barbell squat or lunge, I would think. Squeezing your glutes as you come up so that you are targeting them instead of your quads.

    Squats, deads, lunges, step up and sprinting.

    Sprinting in-particular will help, the explosive reaction, the maximum short duration intensity and the repetitive nature of it... Builds an amazing butt!

    Always get a good recovery with a deep tissue massage, too. reow

    As far as I know, just try that one where you lay on your back, in the sit-up position, but raise your groin. Either keep it there or just go up and down. Looks kinda sexual though, dont do it at the gym.

    Some guys let their quads do the work their glutes should be handling -> saggy biscuits.

    Yeah, squats and lunges... but this one looks interesting. I'm gonna start these in addition to these: yeah, Kim Kardashian's butt looks hot but she's not in this video. The guy's pretty hot though:

    Sumo Deadlifts. The key word here being the "Sumo" part. It's the only exercise you will need for your ass.

    I just did the exercise that I posted. It certainly concentrates on the glutes and the upper hamstrings. Just hope I didn't pull something.... I'm gonna try it a few more times to see what happens!

    If you want a nice sexy au naturel butt, then play sports that specificaly target your glutes, thighs, and legs...such as:
    Rollerblading, biking, swimming, running, soccer,skiing are all sports I am into and that's how I got my ass where it is now icon_razz.gif

    Also, if you are watching t.v., when the commercials come on, get into a kibadachi (horse stance).

    You will have an ass after that.

    I never had an ass until I started doing squats... now a got a badonkadonk (so I've been told)

    Get your butt to a squat rack.
