I'm doing this as a PSA in case you are not aware that your mobile phone number is now available on FB.
I think this is outrageous for FB to do this without your consent!

This is the e-mail that I got from a friend:

    - PSA: EVERYONE'S PHONE NUMBER IS NOW ON FACEBOOK!! NO JOKE... Go to the top right of your screen, click Account then Edit Friends. Go to the left side of your screen and click Phonebook. Everyone's phone numbers are now being published. Please repost to let your friends know this is happening so they can remove their numbers by changing their privacy settings. I deleted my FB account a few years ago when the shit was stirring about FB using your photos for their ads.
People blasted me for doing that, saying I was being hysterical and that "you can change your privacy settings."
My reply was - and still is: Yeah, you can change your privacy settings...AFTER you find out they're jeopardizing your privacy!

I do not - nor will I ever - trust that fuckwad of a website.

I don't think anybody should post sensitive information on FB, to me it makes no sense at all.

Last year, I had a bit of a hook-up and googled the guys mobile number. (I get a bit paranoid when someone asks me to transmit sexual stuff to a number I don't know.) Up popped his Myspace page, his resume, his bar association, and his employers web page. Yep. It was really him.

    Privacy is a delusion *sigh*
