Ran 8 miles on the indoor track. I ran it is 56:45 which comes out to 7:06 a mile. I felt good for the whole way. I moved to the middle lane and started a few meters back so that it would come out even with 8 miles. I am pleased with how well I was able to do without pushing really hard.
didn't run today, but went for approx. 7km yesterday afternoon . t'was cold , went up the mountain and i'm glad i had no pain in my butt . so i can start believing this will heal after all , ART treatments do work but it takes longer than i expected.
