    EPIC FUCKIN' FAIL

This movie was not scary at all. It was so not scary, I could probably maintain an erection through it with an ice pack on my dick. Come on guys......seriously?

Awful movie. I remember the commercials on TV depicted scenes that weren't even in the movie.

Me and the BF sat through the whole thing just to see if it could get any worse.

    It did.

I thought is was a *little* scary. Particularly the paws in the baby powder sequence and the first time the door is caught opening on camera.

You really have to suspend reality for this one and make yourself believe you are watching "real footage" from the get-go or it definitely won't be working any magic on you.

I would never watch it again though!

the first one was pretty good...hated the ending.

but yeah. is jus a movie, dont take it too literal I mean some parts were kinda cliched...but it tried to be different n really, compared to recent "scary" films...this one is defitnely up high...

I didn't think that this movie had anything on Blair Witch Project, probably since the latter was an original in this genre of films. I got some good laughs out of watching other audience members', among them them 'jocks' and body-builders, reactions (jumping in their seats, gasping, etc.) in the movie theater. The only scene the surprised me a little was at the very end.

    Me too!

The other night I ordered the sequel on demand and watched it alone in the dark and got pretty damn scared.

The first one was only scary somewhat during the last scene...the 2nd one was so much better, and actually made me scared. You kind of need to see it in theaters though, I feel like it wouldn't be as good if you watched it at home, unless you have a 50" TV with surround sound entertainment system lol. Which I happen to have. ;)

Haha yeah I was watching it on a 60" with the sound blasting. Definitely just as good as the theater..

I watched the second one in theaters about a few months back and had trouble sleeping the same night. *SPOILER* Particularly the scene where the shadow drags the baby out of the crib freaked me the fuck out. *END SPOILER* It was pretty good.

The first one was horrible. I watched it on Netflix two weeks ago with a pretty decent entertainment setup and was not impressed. The boyfriend, while hot, was too much of a douchebag idiot to suspend belief enough in order for the "realism" factor to work. His entire UnderArmor demeanor of "I MUST PROTECT THIS HOUSE" throughout the latter half of the movie got annoying.

By 10 minutes I was ready for the guy to die.

In 30 I was ready for her to die.

By the end, I cheered when he did and she was 'possesed'...

I heard they just found a bunch of clips on youtube and edited it together. Not really, but that's what it felt like to me. Piece of junk.
