What are your body's weak points?

Bodybuilders strive to gain good aesthetics, balance, and proportion in their physiques. I think everyone has a favorite exercise, or focuses more on certain lifts, and lag behind in something else. What part of your body do you need to focus on more, or you think is lagging behind the rest of your body.

I'll start. I feel my deltoids, and lats are my weakest areas. I also feel my biceps and pecs are not quite where they should be, but are almost in proportion, and i'm making progress with them.

I can't say much about my abs until i shed a little more insulation, lol.

    knees

I want to club down an ultramarathoner and dissect his legs. I suspect there are teflon-generating glands in there somewhere.

...then have them transplanted into me, of course.

Most of the joints on the right side of my body with exception of toe and finger joints.

-Sprained ankle 4 times..... 2 times a type 3 sprain... now ankle makes a nasty popping sound every so often. no pain though.
-Right hip had pretty bad pain issues because I was chasing my dog when he was a puppy and wearing flipflops.... whoops.....
-Right ribs... cracked and now soft tissue scarring
-right shoulder and clavicle gets stiff now.... had bicipital tendinitis from swimming in University

Everything else is fine.... just needs a tune up. hence back at the gym.

Major weak point is my lower back... caused from years of riding my horse without a saddle when I was 10-12 years old. That was my real entry into fitness was my back issues when I was in college and law school. These days it doesn't bother me too much at all, but I know it isn't a strong area for me and
exercises are required to keep it in as good an order as possible.

I carry too much fat around my midsection and I wish my legs were muscular. I had skinny, skinny legs as a kid that I always felt self conscious about.

I would love to have abs and more defined legs. I don't work legs a great deal because i play tons of tennis and racquetball- a leg work out in its own right. at any rate, those are opportunity areas.

Well, overall, as an endomorph, I tend to carry fat in the stomach and hip area so it is a daily struggle to keep the weight down. Specifically, the abs area and my thigh. Lotta muscle and strength in my legs and since I jump rope, my calves are a non issue and I am fortunate to have good size biceps and triceps. My goal is not to get bigger. Mine is to get down to a lower weight with a more balanced and symmetrical body. Aerobic activity and diet will always be at the forefront of my workouts.
