    i just got bodybuilding.com from a different thread but i try to pick up tips where i can and that includes real jock but lately i have been following scott herman fitness. search his vids on youtube.

    no not really, if i put on size its agonizinly slow, and then i lose any definition i have, have tried all sorts of different workouts, diet etc, i wanna find a workout partner i think that would prolly help a lot

    No, I get really frustrated. I feel like I've plateaued but I'm beginning to think that perhaps my heart just isn't in it to get to the next level. Sometimes I think it's an age thing, knowing it's harder to see results at an older age.
