I suppose it's possible that the cameraman was gay and this was a pass, but I'm guessing it wasn't meant to be.

VERY likely planted there by the teabaggers.

More proof that a great deal of democrats are just interested in the loaves and fishes, not in tolerance or interest in gay rights.

That is true to an extent. The difference being the democrats vote presidents into office who advance our causes with their power and influence. With the republicans you get all the hate and intolerance and none of the payoffs.

At least "a great deal of Democrats" are not revolting at the states that passed gay marriage into law. "A great deal" of them are not demanding it should be put up to a vote by the citizens, and then claim a judge is an "activist" when a bill like Prop 8 is declared unconstitutional.

But they did in California. The groups often hailed as being the democratic inner city base came out by the masses to vote against gay marriage, even more than the republican neighborhoods.

    That's been pretty well debunked.
And even if it were true, what you're referring to is pertaining to how some Democratic VOTERS voted.
What MATTERS is not the actions of VOTERS - what matters is the actions of POLITICIANS and the POLITICAL PARTIES.
THEY are the ones with the power to make laws and create policies.
    NOT voters.

The Republican politicians and party have a specifically anti-gay agenda.
    The Democratic party does NOT.
    THAT is the point.

    DUH!
