Cardio and weight training

    I guess it's kind of an old question but still.
    I work out 4 times a week in weight training in A B routine. In all these times I do cardio as well which includes about 2 miles treadmill run before exercise and cross-trainer of about 15 minutes in the end.
    I understand that this routine may prevent me from grwoing more muscle mass which I do want to but at the same time I like my aerobics and I don't want to stop doing it. Any advice on how I can do both and still be able to grow some more muscle mass?

    u can do a circuit training. do a high intensity one. u can keep your heart rate up well above where you keep in when you do cardio and you still burn calories well after your workout
