Why do the most muscular guys in the gym tend to wear such sloppy oversized clothes? I'm talking huge sweats and XXXL t-shirts, am I the only one who's noticed this?

It's comfortable. Lifting weights while shrink wrapped is not. Focus your gym time on you.

Relax! I should have known a simple observation would have been turned in to opprotunity for the queens (such as yourself) to be catty. I never said every man should work out in Richard Simmons attire, I just wondered why so many men choose to wear pants that drag on the ground and shirts that damn near get caught in the machines.

The "real" lifters don't want to be gawked at--they just want to do their routine and get out of there. Now, I know that for some guys, it's also a trick, i.e., they wear baggy clothes, lift hard, and then when they're pumped up enough they take off that baggy shirt to reveal a tighter, more revealing outfit. Gay!

    I HAVE THE ANSWER.

you see the huge muscles and think "they have the biggest muscles in here, they should show them off"

The reason that they have the biggest muscles is because they don't care about their shirts ........they dont care about anything.....except building more muscle.

I haven't really noticed guys doing that here. They wear more of the skin tight clothes that show every bulge and their nipples. icon_smile.gif

underarmour is most popular attire here and really shows off your physique because it's not baggy

I wear a sleeveless Under Armour shirt, untucked in my shorts, for freedom of movement.

    1. It's more comfortable.
    2. They're less likely to suffer from chaffing during a workout, especially on their inner thighs.
    3. It prevents the gay guys from looking at their bodies like pervs.

I prefer something loose fitting. It's much more comfortable and I am not "shrink-wrapped."

Or as I put it, "vacuum packed."
