After losing fat...

    So I've kicked up my cardio a lot in the past weeks, lost a lot of fat but now I have this excess skin (i think) around the belly. Now what?

    Lots and Lots and Lots of water will help a bit. It always help me to tighten up a bit. Not sure if this will work for you though. Btw, I drink about a gallon and a half a day plus a couple of glasses of green tea. Good luck dude

    If you don't mind me asking, how much weight did you lose? In a couple weeks you lost enough weight to cause you to have excess skin? Usually you have to lose A LOT of weight to cause you to have excess sink
