I've been thinking about it on and off for a while how nice it would be if you could add topics or workoutplans to favourites. So if I see a workout on here that I like and think I might use I could put it in my sketch book so to speak.
    You know what I mean?

I'm kinda agreeing with the OP here. I feel like there should be something more structured about work out plans or at least delineations of such outside of the discussions/threads.

Track this isn't really the shit.
what I'm thinking of is more like instead of seeing who is being voted man of the day, I can see the headline of threads I've added as my favourites. Or maybe I'm just talking crap. Also, there's no way of tracking workouts.

what's wrong with the list of workouts next to the "who viewed me" on home page ?
they seem to cover pretty much every aspect .

i get more ideas from watching guys at the gym and then going online to read about purpose and proper form of those exercises.
if i read something interesting in a thread here, i take notes right away and check for more details on bodybuilding.com or YT or various other sites.

There definitely needs to be more emphasis on athletic activities, sports, good health and diet on Realjock and less emphasis on politics and government. The political and international news subjects in the forums have caused many realjock members to go at each others throats. There has been too much of that nonsense lately.

Yeah, I totally think this would be an awesome idea. It could be very similar to the "STAR" logo used in Google Chrome, for bookmarking a webpage your favourite. All you need to do is click on it, and its "bookmarked" into your "sketch book" or whatever you would like to call it icon_smile.gif

+1 on that idea. Also, the articles aren't really print friendly. Say I want to change the font size on an article .. it did but it kept the same vertical spacing in each row. icon_mad.gif So much for saving paper.

icon_idea.gificon_cool.gif Also. Here's one recommendation: How about having the FORUMS collapse, instead of having them in expanded view all the time? That way RJs can always view the health and fitness forums rather than view the general gay ones.

This suggestion is an easier code to implement rather than the favorites, star, or 'like' stuff. Happens on many car forums, so why not hereicon_question.gif
