I need to build up my back and shoulder muscles. My collar bones have a tendency to v-shape and my shoulders are usually high up. I was told by a masseuse it's becuase I have barely any muscle in the area, which is probably true. I want to build my shoulder muscles up, so I have that nice symmetrical look. However, I DON'T want to bulk of my neck at all. Overall, I'm hoping for a nice lean toned build. A runner's build. What kind of weights etc, workout plans should I try?
