Agree. Eating carbs - complex carbs, and not simple ones - after a daytime workout won't wreck your cut, I don't think. Of course your post workout meal should be rich in protein.
And eating your carbs early in the day, tapering off throughout until you are at, say, no carbs after 8pm seems like a good method. I'll do my best to update my profile pics by mid April so we can all see whether it is working for me. lol.
