Hi everyone,

Can anybody suggests some beginners' weight training videos one can use at home? Maybe something utilizing bands or light weights, and actual start-to-finish routines instead of just demonstrations?

Although I belong to a gym, I am still too self-conscious to use the weights there; but my doctor is suggesting that I cut back on the cardio and begin focusing on building/maintaining lean body mass to increase metabolism.

(Can't afford a trainer either.)

Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
