This Tuesday I have my 3rd colonoscopy (turned 60 last month). All stocked up on low sodium chicken and beef broth, diet 7-up and ginger ale, jello and popsicles (no red or purple). Start taking the purge stuff Monday at 3 PM. WIll be missing 1 weight workout and 1 cardio session, hopefully getting back to the gym on Wednesday to do something. Not looking forward to Monday or Tuesday, even though I know this screening is important for guys over 50. Hopefully nothing serious will be found.
