    What do you think?

and if I dont add a second bottle what about Whey Protein and/Or Creatine

Six Star Milk Shake is better. Creatine is buried in it.

Watch your mouth... Oh muscle milk. For a minute there I read some other type of milk... Ok, dick milk.

But muscle milk gives you gas (and by you I mean some guys). Not me of course (rolling the eyes). I prefer ON whey before, and with a carb after workout. Also creatine.

I loves me some Muscle Milk every day. Best tasting stuff out there. Just getting a shipment of Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Cake Butter and Cookies N Creme today.

and to correct an earlier posters, MM is not high in sugar, the sugar content is quite low, its the fat content that it is a bit high but for most not a big concern. If you are looking to lose a good amount of weight than MM probably isn the right protein powder

muscle milk has WAYY too much sugar and fat content for the flavor it has. you could do much better.

    chocolate myoplex
(made by EAS) is one of the leanest products available. Muscle milk can be a bit sloppy. LeanBody has a very lean line of products as well.

when reading the nutrition facts, multiply the grams of protein by 4, and then subtract that number from the total calories. the left over is additives. minimize that number as much as possible.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    for example:

    a 14oz chocolate myoplex has 25g protein = 100cals

210 (total calories) - 100 (protein calories) = 110 calories of bullshit filler

    --------------------
    a 14oz chocolate muscle milk has 25g protein = 100cals

240 (total calories) - 100 (protein calories) = 140 calories of bullshit filler
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

even in the 'light' versions of these products, myoplex comes out as the winner AND the light version has more grams of protein than MM. plus, it tastes great too!

Muscle Milk has 2 grams of sugar per scoop. That is not alot of sugar at all. I do not know why people keeping post that it is high in sugar. It is high in fat not sugar and the fat supposedly is medium chain tryglicirides that are burned for energy and usually not associated with storing fat

For those of you whining about muscle milk being too much sugar (I agree with you) but you don't even attempt to bring up their "newer" product of muscle milk light.. You can bark at me all you want to but i've tried myoplex and found it to be gross.

Based on the math above i'd say the light version of muscle milk is great since it would only have 95 calories of bullshit filler correct? Just saying.
