On the road. What do you do?

    So I just joined the gym a month or so ago, and I'm loving it. This weekend I'm going out of town for 4 days, and I was wondering what people did while on the road or traveling. I'm thinking of going for a run one day and just keeping up with pushups/situps and abdominal exercises as I'm going to be doing a lot of walking. But I'm curious as to what others do while out of town. I don't want to take four days off so new into it, ya know?

    Two days before the trip, workout with extra intensity.
    Then you'll be nice and sore for 2-3 out of those 4 days.
