I am already fit and happy with my gains this past year, yet now reaching a plateau.
I would love to put on an extra 5-10 lbs of muscle by summer. My question is...what's the SAFEST and FASTEST way to do this? I do not have a lifting partner so it's tough to put more weight up icon_sad.gif

If you want to do it safely, you mean you are going to do it naturally, I suppose. Therefore, especially since you are a hardgainer, eat. Lots. It's about the calories. I am going to hazard a guess that anything less than 4000 calories a day will not serve your goal, though I am probably low-balling. If you eat cleanly, stay away from high-glycemic carbs and bad fats, and get lots of protein, you can probably add nice pound or maybe two per month without a major increase in bodyfat.

And, don't overtrain. That will kill your gains faster than anything.
