Ms. Kelly used to be fairly attractive - but the perpetual sneer on her face is distorting her features into something rather UNattractive.

    It really is a shame.

    Wow .... Wow icon_confused.gif

    What a Biatch .....
This thing is supposed to be a journalist right?
You can see immediately that she had her own point and that she was going to state it
................................. no matter WHAT Congressman Weiner said

Weiner even read out loud the specific requirement of recusal and she still tried to cut him off

two lawyers screaming at each other doesn't surprise me.

And if every court case that involved the ACLU required justice Ginsberg to recuse herself this would be a conversation piece.

I would add by the logic from Rep Weiner, if the healthcare law was found Unconstitutional those "groups" and financial interest of Justice Thomas would no longer need to exists .

So it would be against his interest if you follow that logic to make the law go away. His wife wouldnt need to be a lobbyist to get rid of a unconstitutional law.

If guns were sold like candybars would a NRA need to exist? and contribute to politicians and give raitings?

The Healthcare law is done ,stick a fork in it. Even Obama is hinting at it.

I would add......She did reiterate her legal credentials for those who just skipped over that part.......

    As usual....icon_wink.gif

I do feel bad for Weiner.... all that time, and effort in trying to elect Obama, and he is now in the small minority.

Oh c'mon, Christian. Megyn Kelly may be many things, but dumb is hardly one of them. As for Anthony Weiner, I normally admire his passion but he was thoroughly obnoxious in this interview. He comes off sometimes as a know-it-all and, sorry Mr. Weiner, but you're not always right. I thought he was borderline rude the way he handled himself with Megyn Kelly. He tends to try and bully people and Megan Kelly wasn't having it. Good for her!

But Justice Ginsberg's husband or Wife didn't make $700,000 dollars from the ACLU the prior year

    ............ GEEZ

If this isn't a time for recusal .... then when the hell is?

Right, because I'm sure no other firm would hire has as a lobbyist once she and her husband strike down a law that they dislike... icon_rolleyes.gif

Very nice. She is hardly dumb, just doesn't roll over for that motor-mouth obnoxious little shit from NY. She also spars with O'Reilly who is not an attorney. She often sets him straight.

I know you guys are obsessed with Fox News and know every last minute happening even before your left-wing smear web sites pick up the details.

I think some of you guys should be forced to listen to Laura Ingraham's program. Either you'll wise up or you'll kill yourselves, so either way ....

following quoted from the link (I never met her, that is the writer speaking)

    LAURA INGRAHAM

Laura Ingraham, whom I met once, appears often on Fox News as a political commentator. She is a breast cancer survivor. Laura Ingraham is a bestselling author and the sixth most popular radio talk show host in America. She was born in 1964; reared in Connecticut; earned a degree at Dartmouth; graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. Laura Ingraham clerked for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas prior to becoming a defense attorney in New York City.

jprichva saidSorry, socal, I've heard Laura Ingraham's program before. She's a moron. A well-educated moron (like that's impossible?) of impeccable background, but a moron.

Is that really the BEST you can do? A "moron"? Really?!?!? It always cracks me up when people like yourself who, I guess thinks yourself some measure of ultra-intelligence, calls successful people a "moron". (and when I say "successful" I mean people who have achieved more in their lifetime than you will likely ever achieve). If these people are "morons", what would that make you? Try to come up with something that doesn't make you look like, well, a MORON icon_lol.gif

My opinion of her being a cunt is based on her extremely nasty behavior in nearly every interview with someone she doesn't agree with.

My opinion of her being dumb is based on the fact that she regularly gets basic historical, legal, and politics facts wrong. So she's either dumb or purposefully putting forward misinformation during one of Fox's "straight" news programs. So which is it? Is the dumb or a liar?

Hmmmmm...let's see...based on your own definition and remembering some of your posts where you don't agree with someone...and assuming that you've been mistaken on some historical, legal, or political facts from time to time, I guess that makes YOU a dumb cunt too icon_lol.gif

I don't think calling the bon dies hired over at FOX dumb or morons seves any purpose

They might and they might not be
But as far as Ms Kelly goes she's not a commentator
She is in the as quoted by Roger Ales when he was cornered by people calling a propagandist kettle black ....FOX NEWS icon_rolleyes.gif
    Hour
She is supposed to be a journalist
And discuss what the person she is talking to and what hey have to say
Not shout them down ...... With smoke and mirror untruths

    Typical FOX

Who's working in the audiovisual department at Fox "news"? How can they display a picture of Justice Scalia but have Kelly say Justice Alito? I know they're both of Italian descent, but come on...

If only Justice Thomas would ask questions during oral arguments, we would have an idea of what he's thinking and whether his thought process was indeed biased. Some pros and cons of his silence were presented in a recent NPR story. The chances of him recusing himself appear to be low. In that event, we'd need to wait to read his written opinion.
