    I don't actively cut or lean out for the summer.

    I am more active during the warm months, I treasure whatever days I can walk around/relax/bike/play sports outside in a t-shirt or less so I feel I do lean out then.

    I hope to get a little thinner and find a way to build my stamina. The summer heat in Florida really takes it's toll on me. Last year was one of the worst. Any suggestions on enduring intense heat and humidity? I need 'em!

    I just started because I am wanting to lose weight really slowly this year to try to spare my muscle. And I want to be ready early because I plan on being at the pool sometime in mid-April because I am sure the weather will be nice enough then. Time to see my abs again!

    i let summer do it for me. I work extremely hard physically during the hot season so no need to do any special program.
    plus i'm an avid mountain biker so hours on the trail trim anyone down.

    Summer here start's in April but the local's still call it Spring? July August get's real hot but l love the heat.

    I was lifting heavier and put on 10 pounds from December to February - some muscle but also fat. Just switched up the routine this past weekend and adding extra cardio. Hoping to drop the fat by mid April.

    I've been lifting more than before - more weight and more sets. Now I'm starting to increase cardio and cut back portions of food. Summer days are mixed with rainy days here right now, so I've already gotten some sun & feel great.

    Really increased my workouts overall. Additional weight, combining some weight workouts with cardio at home. Should make a difference just at the right time.
