I am having sleep issues too. I usually fall asleep around 10pm and wake up between 2:30 and 3am like clockwork and then cant fall back asleep until 4am or so. Last night, I took two Tylenol PM, which I hate taking, however I did sleep 8 hours but felt groggy this morning. I did have erections all night so that was nice.

Mine is all stress related so it's important to workout, get exercise and make sure room is completely dark. Shut off computer, tv, any light source if you have it. I will take some melatonin rather than the Tylenol this evening.

Sleep deprivation is one of the worst disorders a person can suffer....
and stress is almost always the culprit.
I had a near nervous breakdown caused by work related stress...and the first thing the dr. did was prescribe Trazadone..25 mg. every night. Works well...and I don't have to take it every night. If I'm not getting tired by 9pm, then I know I'm going to have a problem getting to sleep. I like to fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow...if not, I start thinking...then I really have trouble sleeping!!!

Try a sleep machine. It helps me when I sometimes have trouble falling asleep. Most come with a white noise sound and some nature sounds. Just don't get a cheap one with a short sound loop or you will start to notice the pattern and will be back to not being able to sleep.
