Great claims require great evidence. This is probably far weaker than the initial claims conservatives were to blame for the Giffords attack. Single unnamed source from a charitably described "alternative" news source?

At least we now have a better sense of where you get your news from metta...

From their own website before they took it down when all this started ... lol icon_biggrin.gif

"Premiere On Call is our new custom caller service... We supply voice talent to take/make your on-air calls, improvise your scenes or deliver your scripts. Using our simple online booking tool, specify the kind of voice you need, and we'll get your the right person fast. I really always try to be politically correct, I disagree with what they say... but I understand that there are millions of Americans who agree... but in the past 30days, it was brought to my attention that those 2 are union members who use actors instead of real people?

    ----------------------------------(Politically correct line ends)----------------------

Rush & Sean are the two biggest assholes in our life time, they are money whores who say shit and will do just about anything for money. They clearly don't believe the shit they say, they are like the American versions of Mubarak and Qaddafi (at least mentally.),

Heh sorry to burst your little bubble, I don't actually consider most of the rantings here to be of particular importance and I didn't bother reading the subsequent responses to this thread - and surprise surprise, I didn't bother to read the follow up.

On that note, did you bother to actually read what they posted? Thought not, because beyond the speculation, their own website as you point out, they don't list the shows if either of Hannity or Limbaugh used the service (and I'm guessing they don't - considering the volume of people they have to choose from to talk to). That being said, my issue with the original posting stands: with great claims require great evidence - particularly since the site even alleges that the fraud was illegal. Further, my point was the reference for the claim was a dubious one at best.

While literacy and reason may not be your strong suits, hopefully you have more relevant things to say next time. I'm guessing you won't, but at the same time, if I don't respond to you, please understand that it's not so much that I think you're right - because judging by the quality of your comments to date, I probably don't. It's simply I just don't care enough to respond.

    So what have we learned?

riddler doesn't read posts before responding to them but thinks "great claims require great evidence?"

Perhaps he should take his own advice. icon_rolleyes.gif

Er no, I don't necessarily follow up on the responses to a forum thread. This is hardly incompatible with the observation that "great claims require great evidence" and hence the care made with great claims. In this case, the claim that Hannity and Limbaugh committed fraud and hired voice actors is supported by little to no evidence - much like (though in this case remarkably weaker) claims by those like yourself in the aftermath of the Giffords shootings that Palin was to blame for creating an environment that allowed for the attack. What a short and pleasantly detached memory you must have Christian. icon_rolleyes.gif
