Sitting at school, waiting for my healthy baking class to start has me thinking. Do any Real Jocks like to bake, and if so, what do you like to bake?

    BROWNEHS

I also make a mean apple pie and fruit cobbler. I made veggie bread for a long while but then stopped for no discernible reason. Lurve baking!

Being baked is one way of baking. Baking as in pies, cookies anything that requires an oven.

I cook, rather well, oddly enough, and that, at times includes baking. I was taught how to cook really old school southern, and I don’t really dig fast food, as I live alone, unless you count dogs, its ether cook or starve. My favorite things to make around the holidays are pumpkin rolls, but can make just about anything you ask me to, within reason.

It's pretty much regular bread, but I incorporate the fiber leftover from my juicer, so it has carrot, celery and orange pulp in it. Pretty good! I also add raisins and sometimes a scoop of protein powder and cinnamon.

I once made "special butter" and baked cookies with it. Then I ate them. So I guess I double-baked.

I bake a whole lotta cupcakes from scratch. Apparently its a requirement from my roommates that I bake cupcakes once a week. This week was red velvet cupcakes.

Last week was a vanilla whiskey cupcake with a maple and brown sugar frosting.

I am trying to figure out what I am gonna do next week. Any suggestions?

i baked brownies a few years ago.......then i fell asleep......eight hours later, the entire place smelled like chocolate and all i had to show for my "effort" was a little chocolate briquette. Lesson learned from this - baking brownies on whim after two bottles of merlot - not a good idea. Also set JELL-O on fire once, but that wasn't really baking......it did attract a truck load of HOT firefighters, though.
