I used to love obstacle courses like this in the military. Did them all the time, often voluntarily on my own, one of the best ways to prepare for my annual PT test, which I would then MAX. We did similar sets of obstacles, some different, some not at all like these, but just as tough or tougher, minus the media moments.
And guess what? I would come in first! And get plaques for it! The truth is these courses favor small, light, fast, strong & agile guys like I was. Big, heavy, muscle-bound brutes haven't got a chance. The guys who are great as American football linebackers just fail on stuff like this.
I could fly over a course like this. And did.
But "Warrior" my ass. A bunch of pretenders. To earn the name warrior you do a lot more than cavort around outdoors. Ask any US Marine, or anyone who has worn the uniform of their country. Warriors indeed! http://www.warriordash.com/
