I've never been into doing a lot of cardio, but I recently started doing more of it (since I've decided to lean down). However, I've noticed that I'm getting used to the eliptical machine, stair master and aerobics class. Today I tried spin class (after a long time) and I didn't sweat as much as I used to. I do try to push myself. Do I have to do a whole bunch of different things to keep my body from adapting? Does anyone do the same cardio regimen every week? Very interested to know!
