A quick wake up workout

    Just a simple question.

    How many push ups should I do in morning before my breakfast.

    I'm trying to stimulate growth on my biceps and and triceps since I feel they are lagging and my genetic haven't blessed these areas.

    I do have 8kg dumbell s lying around too....

    Any suggestions will be helpful
