Gay guys in general are shallow and superficial, and many focus on sexual compatibility first. There's nothing wrong with that. Better to find out early on whether you're sexually compatible rather than putting in all the effort and finding out later that there's no sexual chemistry or your sexual preferences are miles apart.

I think that's pretty much the norm for all men, and animals too. That's why males of any species generally are showier and prettier than females. Nature seems to give men a strong impetus to want to spread their seed around. Also, isn't it beter to know you have a strong sexual bond with someone before you develop emotional ties to them?

    +10 QFT

    Here's a dose of straight...(hilarious)

Sittin' in a tiny table in a ritzy restaurant
She was starin' at her coffee cup
He was tryin' to keep his courage up
    By applyin' booze

And talk was small when they talked at all
They both knew what they wanted
There was no need to talk about it
They were old enough to scope it out
    And keep it loose

She said, "You don't look like my type
    But I guess you'll do"
    Third rate romance
    Low rent rendezvous
And he said, "I'll even tell you that I love you
    If you want me to"
    Third rate romance
    Low rent rendezvous

    When they left the bar
    They got in his car
    And they drove away
He drove to the family inn
She didn't even have to pretend
    She didn't know what for

And he went to the desk
    And made his request
    While she waited outside
Then he came back with the key
She said, "Give it to me
    And I'll unlock the door"

    She kept saying
"I've never really done this kind of thing before, have you"
    Third rate romance
    Low rent rendezvous
And he said, "Yes I have
But only a time or two"
    Third rate romance
    Low rent redezvous
    Third rate romance
    Low rent rendezvous
    Third rate romance
    Low rent rendezvous

    Fixed that for ya.

Yeah, what is up with all that? It sounds like you have gone on a few dates and it didn't turn into a relationship. That is how the game goes, mister. Just keep dating and eventually you will find someone that you click with. In the meantime, don't attribute to gay life what is true for all life; it is enough to give one a complex.

    What do you mean?

You don't have to have sex before you develop feelings for the guy.
Make sure that you make it clear to prospective dates that you won't be having sex for a while.
You don't want to waste your time and the time of someone who wants a more physical relationship and you can focus your time on finding someone whose interest is more in line with yours.

I feel that in the beginning stages sex copatibility does not have to be the determining factor of for a quality relationship. I agree that sex does form part, but theres many other factors that more important. (Its just a feeling)

Sometimes that the way it is unfortunately. It all coincides with each other....try maintaining a monogamous loving relationship without the sex....after awhile it just doesnt work.

Most men develop emotional ties after the sexual bond has been made. That doesnt mean you have to be a whore though. Make it clear on a date what your intentions are.

Most men though that I really liked & dated & said I wldnt have sex at first just made them want it even more......& it was fucking hot, lmao
