Does anyone else have small red bumps, or rough skin on their upper arms. My dermatologist told me it was Keratosis Pilaris, and that there was no real fix for these small bumps.

Does anyone else live with this condition, or have any suggestions to fix / alleviate the symptoms?

Two of my three kids have it. They inherited it from their Mom. Sorry dude, I'm afraid that you're SOL.

I have it more on my legs than arms. They are blocked follicles, so keep them clear by using a bodywash with salicylic acid and moisturize. You might not get rid of them forever but it can improve a lot.

I get it too. The dermatologist recommended using a loofah in the shower and using a cetafil moisturizer afterwards. It hasn't solved the problem but it's helped a little

Also folliculitis looks similar. So, as stated, use an antibacterial soap and salicylic acid as well. Exfoliate but do so ge toy.
