i kinda need help on planning a diet...so um i wanna know u guys' diet plan(one that doesn't give lots of carbs). i also want veggies on it... so um, yeah...it would b nice to know...

I throw some ice, a banana, a little honey, spinach leaves, both red and curly kale, and a splash of orange juice into a blender. Increasing fiber is important too. The best diets are the well-rounded ones, but for more advice I would suggest setting up an appointment with a nutritionist.
bikerideguy saidcut out simple carbs like white sugar, white flour, cookies and go for whole grains. Add a variety of veggies.. eat fruit but some have a high sugar content if you want to watch your weight. and consume protein like very, very lean cuts of meat, chicken... and eat fish.
