I have worked out (on occasion) in the past, but it has never been anything serious. I need to get serious about it now, before my body starts moving in reverse, and making it harder for me in the future.

I have never weighed over 129 lbs. I am looking into gaining some healthy weight, so that I can begin working on my boring physique. I have a strong desire to live and be more healthy, but to be honest with you, I have no idea where to begin.

I have a good idea on the TYPES of food to eat, but no clue on where to begin my MEAL PLANNING. All of the sites with ideas, are quite overwhelming, and say many different things. If anyone has any help and/or advice, I would greatly appreciate your time and consideration.

I have begun a small, basic workout routine in my own home. I would greatly enjoying doing this for real as soon as possible. I just need a push in the right direction!!
