    Age: 24
    Height: 5' 5"
    weight: 125
    BMI: 20.86
    Body Fat Percentage: 8%

I am just now starting my new weight gaining healthy diet, and I need to know what a good starting point for calorie intake would be for someone with my stats. I am also working out at home. I have a free membership to the gym with my company, but have not gone because I don't want to hurt myself. That may sound dumb, and weak, but I really don't know what I'm doing. Honesty is best here.

    Thank you!!

    One million calories per day.
It may seem impossible or even implausible, but the closer you get to that number, the faster you'll gain.

PS. There is no magic number.

    Thank you so much!

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to break it down for me like that. That was very helpful, and what I really needed to better understand what I am undertaking.

    Something to start with. Whew!
