just finished a wonderful walk in the night with a brisk breeze under a partial moon with light reflecting in the clouds as I listened to some light songs. Then took a brief stop at the coffee house to write in the journal and take some notes from a current book. Of course, I also did loose $5 out of my pocket...oh well, someone else will find it useful. I am thoroughly content.

What have you done that makes you content?

For me, a long run usually takes the edge off. Sometimes some deep breathing accompanied with some light stretching and yoga. But the other 99% of the time Vodka does the trick. ;)

Just now: Paid off the balance on my Visa; first time since Christmas.
Yesterday: planted impatias on the side of the house, something about getting your hands dirty...

    It's spring break:

-I'm relearning Brahms op. 119. I think mentally I might be ready for it now.

-Collecting data on phase resolution in the inferior colliculus of barn owls for my presentation in Aprilicon_smile.gif

I made time to tell someone in my life just how important they are.
