Well, it's about that time I find a personal trainer and start to change my life style. I got injured about six months ago during martial arts, and ever since I have been VERY lazy about eating properly and going to the gym.

When I got injured, I had to get a desk job at work since I couldn't put too much pressure on my leg, or ... move heavy objects.

I feel if I don't change my lifestyle now, I am only endangering myself. I don't want heart problems... it runs in the family.

    I am 20, weigh ~250, and am 6'3 tall.

I am VERY motivated to move forward with this goal. I want to burn a lot of this fat off and start putting muscle back on!

I need direction.... Ive posted on another forum and they gave me responses as if I was another one of them.... someone who knows about eating healthy, and how to exercise properly. I am writing here for help....

I'm not sure what I should/ should not eat... or what type or cardio or weight training I need to do to burn fat...

I am a full time college student and work almost close to full time hours. I need to find a personal trainer, or someone I can go to for help, advice, tips.

I keep putting off my start date because i'm really not sure what to DO...

Please contact me through mail... thanks a lot!
