    read this link below. it discusses the caveman diet, better known as the paleolithic diet and makes sense. I dont follow it but understand it and can see how it would work. I did search on "caveman diet" and many other links came up so plenty of info on it. I'm sure local library has info too.

    Paleolithic Diet (google it)...working well for me, too, although I probably have more "cheat" days than I really should.

    A smart diet and unconventional exercises. Like mountain climbers. Ballet lifts. Etc. I hate crunches.

    Kill yourself with cardio and a good diet during a couple
    Months and work hard on them. No other magic way!!
    You will see results after.
