No sleep at all? You should be hallucinating by now. I slept very little over a long weekend, once, and thought that Oprah was talking to me on Monday.

Ask yourself the importance of this lifetime while you are expecting the best out of this one... Open your heart. We have been here before... I am not the master or dictator, I just want to wake up to a world we can ALL live in.

Eh, I've done this before, once you cross the 30 hour mark it becomes almost impossible to fall asleep. Do whatever you can, go take a double dose of Tylenol PM and pass out.

I don't agree with you because this whole world needs a Psychiatrist... It would be that much more amazing if the whole world could think like you but, it doesn't.

Beware of the spiders. You know which ones, the ones you see out of the corner of your eye. They're everywhere. They're crawling on you right now. Spiders. Everywhere. THEY'RE EVERYWHERE THE SPIDERS.

I usually jerk off as many times as possible until I reach complete physical exhaustion. That usually puts me to sleep.

Sit down or lay back on your bed crack the window if possible breath deep and focas on nothing allow your mind to wander......think of happy memories and treasured fantasties and allow the feelings to lay over you and just drift on and away to sleep hopefully

I honestly can't say I have ever had this problem. I have had trouble falling asleep before for a night, but once I am behind on my sleep I will pass out with ease.

Watch now I am going to be up till Monday icon_neutral.gif

Considering the extent of the issue; head to a pharmacist for a diphenhydramine hydrochloride based over the counter product. In the UK it's commonly known as Nytol, I don't know what trade name is used elsewhere. Please sure to consult the pharmacist as well.

And of the love of god, don't take it for longer than a week, the indication for drug use is to initiate the natural sleep cycle not replace it. Hopefully will a little help you're body will return to the natural proccess. Also keep in mind insomnia could be psychological, this is a biological solution, if something is keeping you up, you need to address it because it's clearly effecting your health.

I have an issue with sleeping if I get too high about projects or my life in general. I can't shut down I discovered several years ago. I had to end up going to the doctor. Fine today, but know the negatives to getting a good nights sleep.

Eat a big plate of pasta marinara. This puts me under a carbo-coma like nothing else!

    Other than that, try 5-HTP.
