Flexibility??

    I have never been as flexible as i wanted to be. Any advice on how to increase it beside stretching before workouts?

    Hey Wats up! =) ..I'm a Dancer So I can def. help you out with this one...

    The thing about flexibility is that in order to get more flexible you have to stretch everyday, Twice a day would be ideal. Flexibility is a funny thing cause if you stop stretching for a period of time your muscles automatically kinda forget wat it feels like to be elongated n go bak to where they started at. I would recommend starting stretches on the floor and then working you way up then work your way down again...it works pretty well..instead of jumping around. Its all like a big puzzle and you wana be flexible all around not just your lower bod or upper bod. Hope this was helpful! ((Pedro))

    Dro's right..
    To become more flexible...
    and flexibility is a major part of fitness
    It also helps prevent injuries
    you need to stretch pre and post workouts
    make it part of your warm up routine

    I absolutely swear by yoga too! I have been practicing over a year now and it is amazing how it improves your flexibility! I had some leg injuries from running and those have cleared up too! Check out a class at LA Fitness. They should have them! I go to classes at 24 hour fitness all the time! You won't regret it at all!

    Can a real muscular guy like me become more flexible?
    I find it difficult, I want to be able to do more tricks in bed. As of present, I just lie there. icon_mad.gif
