I've been taking Tylenol PM. Just one tablet though as the dosage is two. I was having problems with falling asleep around 10pm and waking up, like clockwork, between 2 -3am, and then unable to fall back asleep until 5am...ARGHHH.
Honestly, I hate taking it but the only thing that is working. I would like to go back to the Melatonin but was having weird dreams. It's definitely stress related so I just need to fix that part and should be fine.
Also, I stop drinking coffee around noon.
