when I can't get to sleep I find it very effective to go to the guest bed. I then fall asleep quickly.

Weird. I'm usually a good sleeper too, but last night after trying for 4 hours I gave up. I think for me it was a combination of a late coffee, too much wine, too much food for dinner, a tummy ache (i sleep on my stomach), and school stress. At 4am I gave up and went to go read an article for school. I'm not sure how I'm functioning off < 2 hours of sleep right now. Weird =(

When I can't go to sleep, I go to the living room couch, that helps.

Go to the bar, drink shitloads of long island iced teas, then you'll have no problem passing out on the sidewalk in some unfamiliar neighborhood as you try to find your way home.

    I promise I don't know this by experience. icon_razz.gif

I've been taking Tylenol PM. Just one tablet though as the dosage is two. I was having problems with falling asleep around 10pm and waking up, like clockwork, between 2 -3am, and then unable to fall back asleep until 5am...ARGHHH.

Honestly, I hate taking it but the only thing that is working. I would like to go back to the Melatonin but was having weird dreams. It's definitely stress related so I just need to fix that part and should be fine. icon_biggrin.gif

Also, I stop drinking coffee around noon.
