sore elbow - what does it sound like to you?

    I changed up my routine slightly this past week and now my right elbow hurts. It especially hurts when I extend my arm completely doing bench press, dips or skull crushers... even shampooing my hair after the workout was painful. It's the outer part of my elbow - right at the joint... ever experienced this before?

    oh yeah, its from not keeping your wrist at a natural feeling angle. The bent bars at the gym are actually ent like that for a reason.
    Let me guess, you started lifting heavier and then this happened?

    Sounds like a classic case of improper form combined with too much weight.

    LOL definitely not the latter...
    odd, I've done all of these exercises before and had no problem so I doubt it's form... could be the weight increase. Chest is strong enough but I guess the elbows aren't
