I have a big bowl of oatmeal, a glass of vegetable juice, and a banana. But sometimes I'll do eggs and toast or something on the weekends. I'm just not enough of a morning person to actually cook in the morning :/

Generally I make one cup of couscous with dried fruit, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil (I eat this in class). Before I leave the house I take a shot of apple cider vinegar with my vitamins and/or a big glass of kombucha or kefiricon_smile.gif

Coffee, a bowl of steel-cut oats, 5 egg whites + 1 yoke, a banana, and vitamin supplements. Then I rest for about 30 minutes and I drink my protein shake.

(mix the fries with the omelette so that they are stuck in between it).

Eat it with egyptian pita bread.

A hot meal seems only right. When it's hot out, maybe a fruit salad or a smoothie.

A bowl of cereal for the morning after?

    -1 LOL

For me it's oatmeal or a decent cereal like a "Total" or "All Bran" with
tomato juice. Always use skim milk..... it's usually right before morning cardio. Can't ever eat too much
