I'm still fairly new here so I don't know if this has been tried, but since spring is right around the corner, and we've had a rather long winter, how about a meet and greet. I see that there are around 1,100 on here in the Columbus area. One would think that we could turn out 30 or 40 folks maybe?

Maybe some sunny(?) Sunday afternoon for beer bust at a bar with a large outdoor patio and centrally located. I don't know if Brother's on Front Street is open on Sunday afternoon, but I was thinking an outdoor patio about that size.

We did quite a bit of special interest stuff on the West Coast that was pretty successful such as this:

And true, I'd get one of my old Pontiacs rolling pretty well on the way up there. That was part of the appeal.

And this was up on the Central Coast and just about 200 miles + from the the group in LA or SF and we managed to fill one large hotel completely plus some smaller facilties for four days. So could we turn out a few or more for just a Sunday afternoon meet and great?

    Thoughts?

I would love to meet realjocks in Columbus, Ohio. I have heard so many positive, wonderful things about your city. I wish that I could join you guys but I don't have much vacation time left.

I hadn't clicked on the link that showed folks in my area until today and was rather surprised at the number.

You don't want to go to brothers. Goodale park right by there is an amazing meetup though. I'd join if I were still in the 'bus

I haven't gone out much for a while, but I've been in brother's many times and its fine. It does have a large outdoor 'wet' patio and that's what I was primarily looking for. Or maybe the bar up at goodale and front is also pretty rowdy and has a big outdoor area.
