I try going to gym everyday.
I do twice a week the Body Pump (1hr the session) course by Les Mills and twice the biking course (each session 1 hour). The rest of the time I work out alone but with very low results - I get bored easily and I don't have a regular schedule. Sometimes I work out the chest and triceps, other times the back and biceps.

Anybody would like to share a strong - fun work out plan to complement my bodypump (which I recommend) and biking schedule?

You will not constantly see growth/progress.

Make sure to increase the number of sets/reps. It sounds like you're just doing "maintenance workouts" in which you are constantly doing the same thing. This will only provide what it is called; maintenance to maintain what you have.

Try switching up your workouts every few weeks or so. It helps to work the same muscles in different ways. Also, a set schedule would definitelt help.

Also, I have seen the most progress with myself when I started keeping a workout binder. I make charts on my computer and fill them out throughout my workout. This way the next time I do that workout I can see what I did the time before and compare. I always try and push for those few extra reps.
