For the pass two weeks I have been on D-anabol 25. I think it has been working, but I feel it not working as fast as I want it too. For the pass two years I have tried Creatine Amplified 189, KreAlkalyn 1500, Amino Fuel, NO Xplode, Jack3d and Muscle Tech. Not in that order. I have lost over 100lb within that time, but want to see more results. How do you build faster? I have attached my work out schedule. What do I need to do to get bigger? I would like any constructive help? Thank you,

I'm confused... are you saying that you workout twice in one day? If so, you are hitting the gym wayyyyy too much. You need to rest for your muscles to grow, and if you really are focused on gaining muscle I would cut out some of that cardio too, I know spin classes can be really intense.

Way too much cardio if your goal is to get bigger.

Getting bigger entails lots of calories, heavy lifting, and plenty of rest/sleep.
Read up on the workout sections here. Pick up some magazines: Reps, Muscle & Fitness, etc. Check out Bodybuilding.com for some really useful info.

First of all stop taking all of these supplements thinking they are going to give you the body you want to have. You are wasting your money! And the first one you mentioned I hope you don't actually believe you are taking an anabolic steroid...you're not! Second, you don't want to get bigger...sounds like you have been "bigger" (fatter I assume). You need to spend your money on GOOD FOOD. The biggest problem people make is not working out...it is they don't know what and when to eat to transform their looks over time. There is a website I came across awhile back that has a great download for how to eat to maximize muscle gains. The website is www.scivationbooks.com. I have shared the diet with quite a few people. You can download the book (and print it) for free. These guys are a supplement company so they offer you the diet advice and want you to add in their supplements...but you don't need to do that...what makes everything work is the diet. Third, stop all the cadio-spinning shit. Your body will never recover and grow from heavy weight training if you are doing that...like someone else said you need to rest to grow. Train 5 days a week, eat 6 meals a day, get 8 hours, and drink at least 3 liters of water a day. It's hard work...it's not brain surgery. Good Luck!
