Timing or repetitions?

    Is it better to say do 4 repetitions of 100 squats or do however many squats you can do in say, 5 minutes.

    Hmmm as much as i know and i think i dont know much about that but i think slow is good icon_biggrin.gif not fast

    Depends on whether you're working on explosive speed and power, or just general fitness.
