Hungry after a workout?

    The day after a workout I am hungry all day. I guess it's my body telling me to refuel.

    Question is, should I keep eating?

    I know the feeling, your body is demanding an increase in the amount of food, of course it depends on your current intake. Eat a good breakfast, Big lunch, Light dinner tends to work for me. Get a good balance of carbs, fiber, and protein. And lots of water throughout the day.

    Just got home from a work out and I really could use some a nice piece of meat right about now....icon_razz.gif

    Always listen to your body. If it says eat, eat.
    It's WHAT you eat that will make the difference between muscle gain and fat gain.
